References to “we”, “us” or “our” in these terms refer to Silver Forest Limited. References to “you” refer to the person purchasing a product through this website.
2. What you are buying
These terms apply to the following digital products sold via clearaccountability.co.uk:
- CLEAR Weekly OS – the core digital product, comprising video modules, PDF templates, worksheets and implementation guides
- GRIP Goals – a goal-setting framework delivered as digital content
- CLEAR Workspace – a pre-configured ClickUp workspace and Excel workbook delivered digitally
- Guided Setup – a one-to-one session delivered remotely, combined with the CLEAR Workspace
These products are designed for business owners, founders, freelancers and operators. They are practical execution tools, not consumer entertainment or lifestyle products. If you are unsure whether these terms apply to your situation, contact us before purchasing.
3. Prices and VAT
All prices shown on the website exclude VAT at the current UK rate of 20%. The total amount charged, including VAT, will be shown clearly at checkout before payment is taken.
Prices may change at any time. Any change will not affect an order already confirmed and paid.
4. Payment
Payment is taken at the point of purchase via Stripe. We accept major debit and credit cards. All payments are one-time – there is no subscription or auto-renewal unless explicitly stated.
Your order is confirmed when payment is successfully processed and you receive an email confirmation with access details.
5. Access and delivery
Digital products (video modules, templates, worksheets, guides and workspaces) are delivered via a link sent to the email address provided at checkout. Access is typically granted within a few minutes of payment. If you do not receive your access details within one hour, contact us at hello@clearaccountability.co.uk.
The Guided Setup session is delivered remotely via video call. We will contact you within two working days of purchase to arrange a mutually convenient time.
Access to digital content is ongoing from the date of purchase. We will endeavour to maintain access and keep materials available, but we reserve the right to update, revise or replace content where necessary.
6. Refunds
30-day money-back guarantee, from the date of purchase. If you have genuinely worked through the system and it is not helping, email us at hello@clearaccountability.co.uk within 30 days of your purchase date. We will refund the full amount paid, including VAT. You do not need to return any materials.
The guarantee applies to the CLEAR Weekly OS, GRIP Goals, and CLEAR Workspace. It does not apply to the Guided Setup session once that session has taken place.
Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
7. Intellectual property
All content, frameworks, templates, videos and materials delivered as part of these products are the intellectual property of Silver Forest Limited. Purchase grants you a personal, non-exclusive licence to use the materials for your own business purposes.
You may not:
- Resell, redistribute or share the materials with third parties
- Use the materials to create derivative products for commercial sale
- Make audio or visual recordings of any live session without prior written consent
- Publish or disclose the materials in any public forum
Your access to these materials is for your own individual use. Please do not share login credentials, distribute downloaded files to others, or make the materials available outside your own business. If you want to use CLEAR across a team or organisation, contact us to discuss appropriate arrangements.
8. What these products are not
The CLEAR Weekly OS and associated products deliver a structured execution methodology. They do not constitute professional advice – financial, legal, psychological or otherwise. The materials are educational in nature. Results will vary depending on individual circumstances and implementation.
We make no guarantee of specific business outcomes. Any case studies or results referenced on the website are illustrative of what clients have achieved and are not a promise of what you will achieve.
9. Our liability
Our total liability to you in connection with any purchase shall not exceed the amount you paid for that purchase.
We are not liable for any indirect, consequential or economic losses including loss of income, loss of profit, loss of business or loss of data, however caused.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or any other matter that cannot be excluded by law.
10. Transferability
Your licence to use these materials is personal to you and may not be transferred, assigned or shared with any other individual or organisation without our prior written consent.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase. Current terms are always available at this page.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Any dispute arising from a purchase will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
