1. Who we are
The CLEAR Weekly Operating System and all associated digital products are sold by Silver Forest Limited, a company registered in England and Wales. Registered address: Unit G2b, Scope House, Crewe, CW1 6DD. Contact: hello@clearaccountability.co.uk
References to “we”, “us” or “our” in these terms refer to Silver Forest Limited. References to “you” refer to the person purchasing a product through this website.
2. What we sell
These terms apply to the following digital products sold via clearaccountability.co.uk:
- CLEAR OS – a one-time purchase giving access to the CLEAR OS video training, the CLEAR weekly worksheets, and the core planning method. Access is provided digitally on completion of payment.
- GRIP – an optional add-on providing the GRIP goal-setting video training and accompanying worksheets. Requires CLEAR OS.
- Workspace Pack – an optional add-on providing the CLEAR system as a ClickUp template, a Google Sheets template, an Excel template, and a web app version. Requires CLEAR OS.
- ClickUp Implementation Session – an optional add-on providing a one-to-one guided session to set up your ClickUp workspace and dashboard. Requires the Workspace Pack. A reduced price applies if added at the same time as CLEAR OS or the Workspace Pack, as shown at checkout.
- CLEAR Complete – a bundle including CLEAR OS, GRIP, the Workspace Pack, and the ClickUp Implementation Session, at a combined price lower than purchasing each separately.
- CLEAR Live – a monthly membership product, described separately in Section 3.
Current prices for all products are shown at checkout and confirmed on your invoice or confirmation email at the time of purchase. Prices shown are correct at the time of your order and may change for future orders.
These products are designed for business owners, founders, freelancers and operators. They are practical execution tools, not consumer entertainment or lifestyle products. If you are unsure whether these terms apply to your situation, contact us before purchasing.
3. CLEAR Live
3.1 CLEAR Live is a membership product providing access to weekly facilitated planning sessions, delivered online. Unlike the products described in Section 2, CLEAR Live is billed monthly on a rolling basis and is not a one-time purchase.
3.2 CLEAR Live requires prior purchase of CLEAR OS. We may decline or suspend access for anyone who has not completed a CLEAR OS purchase.
3.3 Membership is billed monthly in advance via Stripe, from the date of first payment. There is no fixed contract term.
3.4 You may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period you have already paid for; you will retain access to sessions until that date, and no further payments will be taken. We do not offer partial refunds for unused time within a billing period. The 30-day money-back guarantee in Section 7 does not apply to CLEAR Live — cancellation under this clause is the applicable process instead.
3.5 Sessions are facilitated and time-limited. You are responsible for attending at the scheduled time; missed sessions are not banked or carried forward, and do not extend your membership.
3.6 We may adjust the number and timing of available session slots as membership numbers change, and will give reasonable notice of any change to your regular slot where practical.
3.7 CLEAR Live sessions are not recorded. You must not record, photograph, or otherwise capture any part of a session, including other participants, without their explicit consent.
3.8 CLEAR Live is a shared session with other members. You must not use a session to advertise, solicit, or sell your own products or services to other participants, or to contact other participants outside the session for commercial purposes, without our prior written consent.
3.9 We reserve the right to remove any member from CLEAR Live, without refund of the current billing period, for conduct that breaches clause 3.8, that is abusive or disruptive to other members, or that otherwise breaches these terms.
4. Prices and VAT
All prices shown on the website exclude VAT at the current UK rate of 20%. The total amount charged, including VAT, will be shown clearly at checkout before payment is taken.
Prices may change at any time. Any change will not affect an order already confirmed and paid, or a CLEAR Live billing period already paid for.
5. Payment
Payment is taken via Stripe. CLEAR OS, its add-ons, and CLEAR Complete are one-time payments – there is no subscription or auto-renewal for these products. CLEAR Live is billed as a recurring monthly membership, as described in Section 3.
Your order is confirmed when payment is successfully processed and you receive an email confirmation with access details.
6. Access and delivery
Digital products (video modules, templates, worksheets, guides and workspaces) are delivered via a link sent to the email address provided at checkout. Access is typically granted within a few minutes of payment. If you do not receive your access details within one hour, contact us at hello@clearaccountability.co.uk.
By continuing with a CLEAR OS purchase, you expressly request immediate access to the digital content and acknowledge that you thereby lose the statutory 14-day cancellation right that would otherwise apply under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. This does not affect our own 30-day money-back guarantee described in Section 7, which applies regardless.
The ClickUp Implementation Session is delivered remotely via video call. We will contact you within two working days of purchase to arrange a mutually convenient time.
Where we describe access to a digital product as “lifetime,” this means access for as long as we continue to sell and support that product. If we ever discontinue a product, we will give you reasonable advance notice and a reasonable opportunity to download or retain a copy of the materials before access ends. We do not guarantee access indefinitely regardless of whether the product remains in our range.
7. Refunds
30-day money-back guarantee, from the date of purchase. If you have genuinely worked through the system and it is not helping, email us at hello@clearaccountability.co.uk within 30 days of your purchase date. We will refund the full amount paid, including VAT. You do not need to return any materials.
The guarantee applies to CLEAR OS, GRIP, and the Workspace Pack. It does not apply to the ClickUp Implementation Session once that session has taken place, and it does not apply to CLEAR Live, which has its own cancellation process described in Section 3.
CLEAR Complete. If you request a refund under this guarantee after purchasing CLEAR Complete and have received the ClickUp Implementation Session as part of that bundle, we will refund the bundle price less the standalone price of the ClickUp Implementation Session at the time of your original purchase, as shown on your invoice or confirmation email. If you have not received the ClickUp Implementation Session, the full bundle price is refunded.
Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
8. Intellectual property
All content, frameworks, templates, videos and materials delivered as part of these products are the intellectual property of Silver Forest Limited. Purchase grants you a personal, non-exclusive licence to use the materials for your own business purposes.
You may not:
- Resell, redistribute or share the materials with third parties
- Use the materials to create derivative products for commercial sale
- Make audio or visual recordings of any live session without prior written consent
- Publish or disclose the materials in any public forum
Your access to these materials is for your own individual use. Please do not share login credentials, distribute downloaded files to others, or make the materials available outside your own business. If you want to use CLEAR across a team or organisation, contact us to discuss appropriate arrangements.
9. What these products are not
CLEAR OS and associated products deliver a structured execution methodology. They do not constitute professional advice – financial, legal, psychological or otherwise. The materials are educational in nature. Results will vary depending on individual circumstances and implementation.
We make no guarantee of specific business outcomes. Any case studies or results referenced on the website are illustrative of what clients have achieved and are not a promise of what you will achieve.
10. Our liability
Our total liability to you in connection with any one-time purchase shall not exceed the amount you paid for that purchase. Our total liability to you in connection with CLEAR Live shall not exceed the amount you paid for CLEAR Live in the three months prior to the claim arising.
We are not liable for any indirect, consequential or economic losses including loss of income, loss of profit, loss of business or loss of data, however caused.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or any other matter that cannot be excluded by law.
11. Transferability
Your licence to use these materials is personal to you and may not be transferred, assigned or shared with any other individual or organisation without our prior written consent.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase. For CLEAR Live, the version in force at the start of each billing period applies to that period. Current terms are always available at this page.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Any dispute arising from a purchase will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
